Are you re-emerging after healing from a heart wrenching divorce (or long term relationship) and you’re starting to feel like you’re ready to date again?
But then when you start to think about putting yourself out there again…all the sudden you become a little overwhelmed and a bit anxious.
Why?
Because when you really think about it…it’s been quite awhile since you last dated.
And you start to realize…
Geez, I don’t remember dating being so different and complicated when I was in my 20’s or 30’s…back then, everything seemed to just happen naturally and organically.
Fast forward to today…
Everyone’s talking about meeting someone through an online site, which sounds great in theory…
But for one reason or another, you just haven’t figured out how to date again now that you’re over 50.
And if you’re being really honest with yourself….you’re feeling a bit of fear in getting out there again to date.
Because in the last several years, maybe your confidence and self esteem has taken a hit from the ending of your marriage (or long term relationship).
Which feels a bit odd for you, because when it comes to all other parts of your life, you have an unshakeable confidence.
Don’t worry, you’re not alone in feeling this way.
It’s totally normal to feel fear when you’re about to step out of your comfort zone and do something you haven’t done in a long time.
If you want to know how to overcome your fear and learn how to date again in mid-life then tune into my amazing interview with my guest co-host, Monica Topete on, “How to Date Over 50”.
